On completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Please check your registration carefully. Should an error have been made please contact YRD within 24 hours via email (anzgog@yrd.com.au) or phone +61 7 3368 2422 to amend or withdraw your registration. Should you not contact YRD within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will apply.
Should you or a member of your party be forced to cancel your should advise the Conference Organisers by email to anzgog@yrd.com.au. Substitution of the registration to another attendee is permitted and any required reimbursement of fees is to be sought from the new attendee and not the Conference Organisers.
The 2021 ANZGOG ASM will be held virtually and the sessions will be available for 2 months post event, therefore no refunds will be granted for this event as you will be able to view post event.
In the event that the ASM is postponed, your registration will be transferred to the new date.
The conference program is subject to change without notice and to alterations for any cause beyond the Conference Organisers reasonable control. The Conference Organisers do not accept any liability for any inconvenience or loss caused by any such alterations.
